Where do you live now?

I am an artist who focuses on online shops.

I live in Arizona, northeastern United States. However, there is no physical store.



Where do you ship from?

Our products are handmade and shipped directly from Arizoa.

In addition, only Japanese customers may be shipped from Arizona to Osaka, Japan, and may be shipped from Osaka.


Would you like to ship to my country?

I ship all over the world. Delivery times and limits vary depending on your area.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?

All items are handmade and can take 5-8 business days to prepare and ship, up to 1-2 months for custom orders only. Orders from overseas can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive.



Cancellation is not possible after shipping.


How can I track my order?

When the shipment is completed, will send you a tracking number by email.

Or we will inform you of the tracking number.



We are not responsible for stolen luggage.


Orders and returns

Please note that as a general rule, we will only accept returns and refund requests if the ordered item is damaged or different from the actual order within 5 business days from the date of delivery. At the end of this period, the order is considered to have been delivered correctly and in good condition.

Complaint exchange / refund

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us with a clear photo of the product, order number and complaint or send it to


Expect a solution within a few business days. If damage is proven, we will replace or refund at our discretion.


If you receive the wrong size

Please note that all items are of US standard size. For rings, we will send you a ring sizer (plastic size confirmation ring) after ordering. Please check with the ring sizer and let us know your ring number.




If you receive a different size than what you ordered, you can charge the same item of the correct size (depending on availability).
